Looks like your monitor is overscanning a bit but try hitting F1 (or any other function key if that doesn't work). Should throw you into the BIOS.

I plug my pc, everything conectter correctly and it did post.... but stayed there. I restarted it but same thing. What can I do??

That was it. I had to select the boot drive. Thank you
