H100i rgb platinum messing around in icue

I have a H100i RGB plat,but i'm having a lot of issues with the rgb of it.I have it plugged into a NZXT usb hub,which i also have my corsair fans plugged into and it works fine with them,but when i plug my aio usb in,sometimes it works but disconnects itself after a while,sometimes it just doesn't work and sometimes it appears twice in icue.Very rarely it also says it malfunctioned.The hub itself is getting power and i am presuming is fine since it's lighting up my fans perfectly.The motherboard is also perfectly fine,so i'm a little confused.Icue is up to date and windows 10 has been freshly installed but still i have the issue.I also have armoury crate installed for my led strips however i guess that's not the issue.
