Budget (including currency): 2000-2400

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Apex Legends, Rocket League, COD/Warzone

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): LG 27GN850-B 1440p 144hz Monitor

So I've been considering getting a gaming PC and have just been tooling around with Cyber power's builder. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to all of the parts so I'd like to see if what I have is good for what I'm going to be playing and the Monitor I have. Also if you guys could recommend a good keyboard as I have a Razer Mamba wireless mouse already.

Mostly looks good, however I would suggest a few changes. Firstly, the 120mm AIO is not a good choice, 120mm Liquid Coolers typically perform worse than decent air coolers. Either pick a 240mm AIO or an air cooler (if Cyberpower offer good ones, i.e. Noctua DH-15).

Secondly, you will probably find that your 1TB SSD will fill up fairly quickly, Warzone alone is over 100GBs! At some point in the future I'd recommend getting a hard drive just so you have extra breathing space. There's not really any rush per se and you're probably better off buying one at a later date, if you feel comfortable installing it itself.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800x RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB @3600MHz GPU: ZOATC RTX 3090Ti

MOBO: Asus ROG Strix X570-E NVME: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB Case: CM MasterBox TD500 Mesh PSU: Corsair HX1200W Platinum

Okay sounds good I think the 240 mm adds like $10 or something like that. And ya I kinda figured 1tb would be fairly low for long term and I was thinking of getting an external drive later if need be. Also any recommendations on a good keyboard?

For an extra $10 it's absolutely worth it, especially considering the price of the entire rig! If there's a Corsair or NZXT 240mm I'd recommend getting one of those over a 'Cyberpower' branded one as I'm not sure how good Cyberpower's AIOs are. External drives for gaming aren't ideal, external drives are normally slower than internal counterparts, but if you don't think you'll ever feel comfortable installing one internally then it's certainly better than nothing!

In terms of a keyboard what sort of money are you looking to spend? And what sort of switch are you looking for? Consider scanning over this if you don't know what type of switch you want. For reference, the most common switches are Cherry MX Red, Blue & Brown 🙂

They have a cooler master one, are they good? I suppose I could look into it down the road I feel I could watch a video on how to install one and figure it out if an internal hard drive is better.

I would say cherry Mx red seems to be what I’d like and from browsing them it seems around $100-150 is what’s common so that is alright.

Honestly any Cherry MX Red (or equivalent switches from Razer and Logitech) keyboard that you like the look of and also has good reviews in that price range is fine. It's mostly personal preference as there are many decent choices out there. Hope that helps!

Keyboard brands worth looking at are: Corsair, Logitech, Razer, Steelseries, Asus, HyperX and Roccat

Thanks so much you were very helpful, I have some time before the pc will get to me so I’ll look into the brands and try out some in store and see what I like
