RAM speed, CPU, MOBO

will my memory run at DDR4 4000 if i have an Intel Core i9 10900k and a ASUS Z590-a, and G.SKILL Trident Z 32GB DDR4 4000, or is there sometime of bottleneck or something.

Depends on the Board. You may have to update the BIOS/UEFI to support this.

So to have my memory run at max speeds i would have to change settings in the bios? is that like xmp or something?

Update. But yes enable XMP as well.
