How can I stop this fuzzing? (CD Audio Rip)

I have a bunch of CDs that I am trying to rip so I can play them on the go but I am having a problem with some music. When I play it off of the CD, I get no fuzzing but when I rip it, all copies that have fuzzing have it. I have done some tests and the noise is not distortion from scratches because I have one or two new CDs that do this. I am trying EAC right now but it looks like a no for now.

Are you using wmp to rip? havent had this issue ever with that.
