I heard there is a new platform called rumble which is a competetor to youtube and it actually pays money and 

lot of youtubers said you can download creative common videos and upload it to rumble and get money but can you upload videos

that are not creative common/

Example-What happens if I download a ltt video from youtube and upload it on rumble?

Will it be copyright?
