So usually when i start up my computer and log in I wait 15 seconds or so and all let all my background software's load up. I can always tell when its done because all my RGB will go to its presets. As of today, I log in and everything on my desktop shows up but my taskbar remains blank minus the windows icon on the bottom left. Nothing boots up at all, My cursor doesn't even get a loading icon. that is until i click on the task bar at the bottom then my screen goes blank for a quick second and then it begins the process of loading all my background apps. everything works I just have to click somewhere on the task bar first. My main concern is the screen going blank for a second but I also realize that I should't have to click on the taskbar for windows to finish its start up process. All my drivers and windows are up to date. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on?
