Help making Windows 10 Lite Edition

I am creating a Windows 10 Custom Image for the first time to run on my old laptop. I am following this tutorial. I will be using MSMG Toolkit to create the custom ISO.

 

My question: Does following this tutorial / MSMG Toolkit completely stop Automatic Windows 10 updates.

If yes? How do I change that?

I want to receive automatic updates.

ReviOS looks cool but I don't trust using their ISO. I would rather create my own ISO.
