so friend of mines pc is crashing and im trying to help her figure out whats wrong.  below are the two dump files she sent me.

If you get a memory corruption error. You will want to check your memory for issues.

the best way is to run memtest86. (You might only need to run it for 15 minutes, or you may need to leave it overnight depending on the severity of the issue)

And if you get errors. Remove half your ram and test again. (Keep trying till you sort out which stick is broken)
Then reach out to your ram maker for a warranty. Any ram manufacture worth their name has a lifetime warranty.

she had replaced the ram to try to fix the issue and it still persists so could it still be ram?

There is only one way to find out. And that is testing it.

It's also possible the contacts in the memory slot are dirty. That can cause memory errors.
