change the case to a phanteks p360a

well where do you live?

the overarching thing is an 11th gen i5 would be better, a good air cooler would be better, and a better airflow case would be better

i live in ireland ya and everything else in the partpicker is a lot more expensive goes up to about 1.3k

If it's not a Mesh case, no. Don't buy cases with solid front panels. The fans need to get air somehow, and it's sure as hell not pulling it through a solid surface.

Plus you'll need to add fans to your shopping list if you don't choose one that comes with a decent amount pre-installed.
