Overclocking using CRT 2.5

I have used CRT 2.5 for a while and it was working fine but lately, like 2 weeks ago my pc started crashing. So, I have decided to delete the app and restore bios. But pc keeps crashing. I am new to overclocking.

My specs are:

Ryzen 3600 with a Vetro V5 CPU cooler

ASUS B450-F

4 x 8 GB corsair vengeance ram at 3200mhz

Ryzen 5700xt

Corsair CX 650M

Can anyone help me?
