Overclocking using CRT 2.5

I have used CRT 2.5 for a while and it was working fine but lately, like 2 weeks ago my pc started crashing. So, I have decided to delete the app and restore bios. But pc keeps crashing. I am new to overclocking.

My specs are:

Ryzen 3600 with a Vetro V5 CPU cooler

ASUS B450-F

4 x 8 GB corsair vengeance ram at 3200mhz

Ryzen 5700xt

Corsair CX 650M

Can anyone help me?

All my sliders on afterburner were all the way to the right, that cause my pc to crash.
