Please help overclock a 5900x

I have just built a new computer.

I have not overclocked for years let alone on an amd before.

The guy who sold it to me was able to overclock it to over 5 ghz on selected cores. 

 

Please give me some guidance ..... as if I'm completely ignorant which mostly am. 

 

 Ryzen 5900x 

 

Corsar vengance lpx 16gb 2x8gb ddr 4 3600

 

Noctua nh d15 ..one of the fans slightly higher than the other to accomidate ram. 

 

Asus tuf gaming x570 plus WiFi atx mb. Put on latest bios. 

 

970 evo plus m.2 250gb boot drive for win 10.

 

180 and 120gb ssd and 500gb spinning hd

Corsair gs600. ( Not ideal in the longterm)

Gamemax silent mid tower pc gaming case atx. 

Noctua nf p14s redux 1200  1200rpm 140mm to pull air in at front of the case. 

 

Msi GF 1060 3gb (yes I know!)

 

I've only got as far as installing ryzen master. Put on cinebench. 

Docp says profile 1 ddr4 3597 18 22 22 42. 

What next ? And Thank you.
