How much watts will my power supply need

I am planning to upgrade a intel 4700k Maximus vi extreme over clocked with asus optimal, 32gb of 2400mhz vengance pro memory, and two asus direct cu Ii 780ti's ,1 neutron gtx ssd, 3 wd greens for storage, sonar Phoebus from asus, and and h100i water cooler with 2 corsair sp120s on the rad, and a Ethernet card for better proformace and 3 corsair airflow fans and intakes and exhaust

How much watts would I need for this rig ?

At least 750w.

I'd go for a good 850W PSU. A 750W would probably be fine, but you have a lot of drives and extra stuff, so I'd recommend a 850W to give yourself some headroom.

You won't need an ethernet card, that mobo has Gigabit LAN built in.

 

an 860 would be good, a seasonic or corsair would be good.

If you think you'll use it with Corsair link, sure. Personally, I don't think it's worth it over the normal AX860

If you're a silence nut, there's a fan switch on the back that only enables the fan at high loads.

 

What the LAN card like on the mobo

 

It has gigabit LAN built in, so anything up to 1000mbps can move through it.

Get the non (i) version it has had many issues with the fan and has died on many people
