Drive temp depends on many things, where the disk is located, how it is used, etc.

If you mean the cooling fan on the back that should be a standard 3 wire jobbie, measure the dimensions and you will be able to easily find a replacement for it. (make sure the new one matches the original's specs in terms of airflow and static pressure)

I have an old synology diskstation DS411+ii, it has been in storage with hard drives inside for about four years (both in a closet and a shed). So far it has been working fine.

first concern: it contains four hard drives. Two of wich were damaged and has been changed from Sagemcom 4 tb, to Samsung 4 tb. The data is okay. The two remaningSagemcom drives is equally old. But one is running at 36-40 degrees celcius, and the other one at 29 mainly.

Is it a sign of near failure, and should i be worried?

second concern is about startup. When ever the NAS is powering up the cou fan makes a loud rattling sound.

currently i havent made a backup, because i am afraid what might happen.
if i cant save the nas i might just buy a new one.

Thank you
