Can hdmi 1.4 and displayport 1.2 do 240hz or at least 165hz??

I have an msi monitor with 165hz.

But it only has 2 ports of hdmi 1.4

And 1 port of displayport 1.2.

I want to know if hdmi 1.4 can do 240hz or 165hz because im probably gonna buy a pc with an apu where the motherboard doesn't have a displayport so I have to use hdmi. 

So can hdmi 1.4 do 165hz or 240hz at 1080p??
