Hello everyone,

I don't usually post on forum for help, but this time i really need some help to fix / identify my issue causing BSOD.

So first here is my config :

MB: Asus Z490e
CPU : I9-10900K

RAM :
G.Skill DIMM 32 Go DDR4-3600 (F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC)
GPU: Asus Strix OC 3080
SSD : Samsung pro 950 & pro 980
HDD:
WDC& WD20EFRX-68EUZN0
Supply : Corsair RM850 Gold
Case : NZXT H510i

I have already check all my driver and they are not causing issue. On my RAM the XMP is enabled with the default profile proposed (XMP 1). There is no more overclocking on the PC, all stocks expect RAM. Blue Screen pop while gaming all the time.
I have attached some recent dump file if it can help.

Thanks in advance for your help wish you a good day.

Cheers.

I can’t read a dump file though there are those here who can, and the answer might be there.  The problematic behavior isn’t described at all though so other than the phrase “BSOD” in the title I've got nothing to go on.  Things like what the BSOD says and when it happens would be important.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Hey Thanks for the answer, i got it my bad!
So BSOD generally happen while gaming like Cold War / Warzone / Etc.. The BSOD error generally is "Hardware_RAM".

I have attached the txt of the dumpfile, it's now understandable 😊

No, I mean I can’t understand them.  Not yours in particular, all of them in general.  They list machine processes I know nothing about. There are people who DO, but I’m not one of them.

So ram error after boot and on a game.  Most common cause for crash after boot is memory problems (it’s not the only one, just the most common)  the standard checks for bad ram sticks (the things can just suddenly go bad sadly) are to run an app called memtest86 (it takes a while and you need to do it several times) which can do a thorough check for gross problems. If it doesn’t show a problem and you happen to use dual channel memory, sometimes there are more subtle problems that can be caught by putting only one stick in the machine in slot #1 and running it for a while to see if it fails.  This relies on it being very unlikely for both sticks to go bad simultaneously so if there is a hardware ram problem it is only in one stick.
