PCI Device and SM Bus Controller not working

Computer not working proplery according to preformace monitor and this is why PCI Device and SM Bus Controller not working, i looked online for help and they said to download the Intel_Management_Engine_Interface which didn't work any advice to solve this problem listed in the screenshot
