HP Raid Controller with TrueNas Core

Hello Together
I have a HP DL380e Gen8 with 14 3.5" slots. I have 12 2TB HDDS from an old Netapp and 2 80 GB Intel Server SSD installed. How do I get the best configuration for TrueNas Core?

 

I need 3 pools:
1 - VM Storage for ESXi Server (DL380e Gen10)
2 - Backup Storage (Veeam)
3 - File Storage
