Ultrasonic Cleaning a CPU

Hello All,

 

I am curious if anyone has used an ultra sonic cleaner to clean the thermal compound off of a CPU. I am trying to find a way to clean CPU's of thermal compound in bulk instead of using a tooth brush and 90% Isopropyl alcohol one at a time. My concerns are that the vibrations could damage the CPU components or loosen the IHS bond. It would be for primarily intel CPU's so I'm not to concerned about pin damage.
