issues installing windows

I just built my first pc and when I turn it on it goes straight to the bios. I have a windows product key but don't know how to install it. Every time I exit the bios the computer turns off and then boots back up into the bios. So my question is, how do I install windows through the bios?

First, what model of motherboard do you have? It would tell you how to get into the boot select of the bios.
