How to show "time in a track" in Vegas pro 17

Heyo,

 

Is there a way to easily show how much "time" is in a track?

Like, I want to know how many minutes and seconds worth of footage are in, say, track 2 and 3. Not counting the gaps of course. I know one way is to make a timer in another track but is there a faster and easier alternative or an option that I'm missing? Plotting all those points is too much of a hassle.

 

P.S. I'm fairly new to editing so I don't know any tips and tricks to this.
