This is probably a dumb question lol

if I take my pc apart and rebuild it again do I have to install drivers and stuff someone please answer🙂

Nope, as long as you don't format the storage drive the OS is on, you shouldn't have to. It's all Plug-and-Play if you rebuild the computer.
