Can't Format HDD

Hi Guys,

 

 

My hard disk drive has a problem. I can't access my internal hard disk drive and when I try to format the hdd windows says "Can't format M:". Another, every time I put my HDD on-board (put my HDD-SATA on my motherboard), it stays on POST and it takes 5-20 min. to boot on my OS. 

 

HDD Properties:

 

Seagate Baracuda 320GB ST3320418AS

 

 

Is my hard disk drive has an error or bad sector?

Should I replace my HDD?

A major sign of a bad HDD, is slowing down.

I would replace.
