Driver with internet issues

I've been having a blue screen crash whenever i install a fresh copy of windows 10. Comp works fine in win8.1. I believe it's something to do with gpu driver from win10

reason i think so is because it only crashes as soon as it recognizes my gpu error code for me is PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA i tried installing win10 and not connecting to the internet and it works, it only crashes after i connect to the internet. likely due to windows 10 downloading a driver of some sort (gpu i think).
i manually installed off of a usb the latest amd drivers and it worked fine, but as soon as i connect it the internet, it crashes

My ram is 1600mhz but *speccy* shows 800mhz

This should stop automatic driver updates:

A few of the settings have changed, but you should be able to figure it out.

I hope that fixes it for you, but you might have to update drivers manually then.
