Well, sure a cable it's self could vibrate off the side of a case panel. 

Loose screws (anywhere) on the case. 

Shift some things around carefully and see if the noise goes away.

It's coming from your PC somewhere!! 

just touch the side panels and maybe the vibration will stop.

It will take some investigation on your part. I won't magically know what exactly is making the sound without doing the same myself. Unfortunately, I'm not there with you 😛

After quick investigation yeah it is the side panel, at least it didn't sound like this
