Weird PC noises

My PC is making some weird noises what could it be?

Sounds like a side panel vibrating or something?

could be I have had a similar issue before but it sounded much worse then

I've had hard drive cages make that sound also. Annoying to say the least.

My HDD is not screwed in and is held by a bunch of cables could it be something?

Well, sure a cable it's self could vibrate off the side of a case panel. 

Loose screws (anywhere) on the case. 

Shift some things around carefully and see if the noise goes away.

I don't know where this issue would come from because I haven't changed anything

It's coming from your PC somewhere!! 

just touch the side panels and maybe the vibration will stop.

It will take some investigation on your part. I won't magically know what exactly is making the sound without doing the same myself. Unfortunately, I'm not there with you

After quick investigation yeah it is the side panel, at least it didn't sound like this

Yeah I just don't know if I should spend any more money on this prebuilt and just save for the new CPU I'm getting

Save a little extra and get the fan at the same time maybe. Hit 2 birds with one stone and take it apart only once.
