Hi, everyone!

I am new to this forum and you are my last hope....

I custom build a PC for work and gaming purposes. Since the beginning I am facing freezes while I am gaming and I don't understand why. I check the compatibility of my PC parts, but din't spotted any issue. Also  I am running on the latest drivers..

In the beginning, I just experienced the freeezes with Cyberpunk, but recently I tried to switch off VSync in Warzone, and the same happens. The whole system just freezes after 10-15 min playing and is no longer responding to any input.
Everything works fine in Warzone while VSync is on and running on 60 FPS.

After that, I thought maybe the graphics card causes the problem. So I started a GPU stress test with the latest FurMark test. Everything works fine, no freezes. Besides gaming I am also renering the PC (with Keyshot - a CPU and GPU-based render software). I mainly use KEyshot in the GPU mode with no troubles. So I don't understand what causes the problem.

Here is my custom Build:
Ryzen 3900x
Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro4
MSI X570 carbon pro Wifi
Gigabyte RTX 3070 Gaming Vison OC
Sasming 970 Evo Plust 1TB
Corsair VengeanceDDR4-3200 32 GB (2x16 GB)
Corsair RMx RM750x 2018, 750W (Gold Certification)
Win 10Pro 64-bit

I am using Kaspersky as my anti virus. I am not sure if that is imprtant to mention...
I hpoe you guys can help me.

The temperature seems to be fine. The GPU has a max. temp of 72°C and I also stressed the CPU. I haven't spotted any issues while testing it.

In the meantime, I did an SFC scan and found some troubles there. I will give it a try without the anti-virus activated as well.

Can you try seating the RAM in a different slot or try with a different RAM Module. Sometimes a faulty RAM chip can also give way to freezing.

There can also be a problem with corrupted files on your OS. sfc /scannow try this command in CMD as administrator. And restart on finishing.

Delete the contents in the temp folder. C:\Windows\Temp this is the location of the folder which you can copy paste in the search bar.

IF the problem still persists try updating or reinstalling the OS.
