You can go for

Amd ryzen 3 3200g (with stock cooler)

AsRock b450 motherboard

8gb (2x4) ddr4 2666 mhz ram

Any m ATX case

Crosair 450 watt psu

There is no GPU in this list because the current GPU market price is way more than expectations and the cpu have igpu which can run the games from low to mid. And for windows is you can get a copy of it from any windows pc.

Do you plan on upgrading too a GPU later on? I wouldn’t recommend a 3200G in 2021, the iGPU is good but the CPU itself is only 4c/4t. Also it’s way to overpriced for what it is. A 10100 or 10150 would be better IMO.

edit - actually with the iGPU the 10400 fits in your budget.

A 3200g? 4c/4t and overpriced.

What do you mean by Asrock b450 motherboard? Asrock makes many B450s. You have to be specific.
8GB of 2666MHZ RAM? This is not a good option, because,

-This is an iGPU, Ryzen LOVES ram speed and memory bandwidth the 600MHZ loss is going to mean detrimental to performance. It can be up to 20% slower compared to 3200MHZ in many games.
-8GB of RAM for an iGPU? a that’s cutting it. The iGPU uses 2GB of RAM, leaving only 6 for the system. Many games need more than 8GB, so 6GB? That’s going to cause problems.

What do you mean by Corsair 450 PSU? Do you mean VS450 or CX450?
The VS450 is pretty bad, has ugly cables aswell. The CX450 is a great budget unit. But which one are you recommending? Just because it’s from Corsair does not make a good PSU.

Ryzen 3 3200g supports upto 2933 mhz ram so I suggest 2666 mhz

Wrong, enabling XMP will allow it to run at 3200MHZ.
