I play Genshin Impact, Cemu and Cities: Skylines. Will the temperatures skyrocket with it?

Might not be silent but it works and with these entry level CPUs $20 for a aftermarket cooler would be equal to a better CPU (which would be better for cities skylines).

Certainly. I'm running that CPU with the stock cooler in a NAS/ server box and even when I'm hammering the CPU with video encoding temps are fine.
