Bios Update?

So I’m planning on getting a Asrock B550 Taichi Razer Edition motherboard that is Ryzen 5000 ready. If I were to put a 5800x or (if money grew on trees) a 5900x would I have to update the bios? If so I wouldn’t be able to afford a Ryzen 3000 series to update it so would I just use the bios flashback?

Please let me know if you have any information,

Thanks!

That means the BIOS that is installed supports these processors. If you ever have to update the BIOS in the future,  you can do so without any issues.

You only need to Install an older CPU when the motherboard BIOS does not support newer CPUs.

So can I just plug and play. No bios update required?

edit: sorry I just saw that it’s Ryzen 3rd gen ready so I will have to do a bios update then right...but will I have to use the flashback
