MacBook Air Problem

Go to solution Solved by Alienware 15 R2,

Try these and if it doesn’t work then it’s likely a hardware issue.https://www.tenorshare.com/os-x/mac-usb-ports-not-working.html

This is to all of the Mac people of LTT. I have a 2017 MacBook Air that I bought in 2019. Ever since I got it, the USB ports on both sides will not let me connect a iPhone or iPad. It will connect and disconnect in half second intervals. I have tried multiple devices, and multiple cables, and it is only with apple devices. I contacted Apple Support and they told me that they had absolutely no idea. I also contacted the Simply Mac near me, and they said it sounds like something with the motherboard or the hard drive. If you have any idea of what it might be, please let me know. I also would like to know how much it would cost to have it repaired. If anybody knows, please share information with me! Thank you in advance.
