How did you get the RTX 3060 so cheap?

 

Aside from that you are overpaying for the ryzen5 3600.

 

You should instead get the 11400f+B560 or 10400f+B460 motherboard.Those tend to be cheaper.You can probably fit a budget cooler like a Hyper 212.
