thats so BS of intel not to support their customers from outside the US no matter in the world where someone is using their product its still an intel CPU they should back you guys with all the same things we get.

That would only happen if they were breaking a inter country law. Intel and almost all US companies do not honor any warranty outside of the US and they give you the smart answer of "if you want the warranty the item needs to be in the place of purchase" i.e the US. In my experience so far, there has been only three companies that have been willing to work with me as i am a non US citizen and how i live outside the US but buy products in the US thanks to the internet. Amazon.com, Nixon watch company and NZXT. In NZXT's case, i didn't even have to produce proof of the faulty product or send it back just a proof of purchase for make sure i purchased the said product and that it is still under warranty. This is why my next case will be NZXT again although i have heard Josh from fractal design say they are a flexible company too and they make great cases.
