Hi there,

i had a nasty BSOD today while playing Desperados 3. PC freezes completely while having a weired image on Display and then it restarted by itselfe. I have a new System and i want to be sure its not some critical hardware fault. Mini-Dumps are attached.

My Drivers are up to date. (GPU/BIOS/Chipset/Windows Update)

Also i tested my Ram with Memtest86 2-3 weeks ago with zero Errors by 4 passes.

Temps are fine -> 72 cels CPU and 70-80 cels for GPU while under load.

Please Help 馃槥

My Specs:

Win10
B 550-A Pro
RTX 3080
Ryzen 5800x
32 GB crucial Ballistics
Corsair RMx 750w ATX 2.4

Thank you very much in advance!

Ok, possibly bad RAM (or a bad XMP/OCing profile)

Turn OFF XMP and and OCing you have done

Test your RAM with MmeTest86 (note, this will take some hours)

Report back your findings.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.聽

Thank you for your respons!

I have allready tested my new RAM with Memtest86 some weeks ago. No errors there.

So is there an argument for RAM fault in the latest BSOD from today (Process_name Desperados III.exe) too?

I changed Ram a while ago and im not sure if the older BSOD was with my old ram. Please advise for the BSOD from today. (once more attached)

Thank you very much.
