3700x won't run without gpu.
Get a cheap one, just for display output

Yes, you gonna need GPU for Ryzen. Do you have an old GPU you can use at home?

That's a pretty expensive board, do you need x570??

Do consider 32gb RAM, though 16gb should be fine for now

I'd go for 1tb SSD, or perhaps 250gb boot drive + 500gb/1tb SSD for commonly played games etc etc

Having os on a dedicated drive makes formatting easier, since everything else is on another drive

I'd recommend a different casing unless you like the looks of this one

The airflow is suboptimal for this model

No comment on PSU since I'm not too familiar with PSU in general

Good to hear then. Here's my rebuild.

If you REALLY need 32 gig for your programming apps, you can go for it by going for a cheaper case and omit the cooler.

That board is one of the worst you can buy. Swap it for something else. The B550 version for example is way better.

Samsung SSD's are usually overpriced. You can usually get other brands for less.

As mentioned above, that case doesn't have the best airflow. I would look at ones with a mesh front i.e Phanteks P400A or Meshify C etc.

I didnt research much about motherboards. I wanted a one with Bluetooth and WiFi and a connector for the type c port from the case.

Would love to know about better options or your recommended boards.

Are Crucial SSDs good? I went with samsung cause they are a familiar brand. Please suggest me some other good SSDs.

Thank you.

Some crucial ones are ok but I would look at ones like the Kingston A2000 above, or the Silicon Power A80, Team MP34 or WD SN750 etc.

As for the board the MSI B550 Gaming Edge Wifi is much better than the X570 version and you still get wifi 6. You also have boards like the Asus B550 TUF Gaming  wifi and Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V2. If for some reason you want X570 then the MSI X570 Tomahawk wifi is good.
