REALLY REALLY REALLY depends on the games you play or intend to play in future...
More would kinda be a waste esp if using OLDer Games.

I'd rather myself put that $200 into a 3rd/4th/6th/7th Generation Intel i7 or better platform than FX... Doubling your "Each Core" effective speed in Gaming.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
