Mapping for a custom loop

I'm about to build a system for one of my senior for the first time with custom loop.
The case he has is a Phanteks P400S (Front Panel swapped with a P400A one).
It has no rad space in top mount, so I have to use a 360mm*60mm radiator.

My question: How should I route the flow? From cpu >> gpu or the opposite?

 

CPU: 5950x
GPU: 3080

I've always done Pump -> Reservoir -> CPU -> Rad -> GPU - > Pump.  CPU or GPU first never made a big difference for me, but having the radiator between the two has.

Is a 360mm*60mm good enough for a overclocked cpu+gpu combo?
