Is CTR still a good tuning software to use?

I just rewatched the LTT video on CTR. I thought I'd try it out, but the video is a little over 6 months old. is CTR still a good program to use, and also where do you download it? There's not link under the video, and I didn't see a link on Yuri's Twitter.
