Thermal compound

Hi, I want to purchase thermal compound for the Corsair H100i platinum AIO and I have finalized 2 compounds to choose from. 

1. Thermal grizzly kryonaut

2. Noctua Nt-h1 

Please help me out to purchase the best one between these two. 

 

currently I'm using Ryzen 7 3700x CPU with this AIO

AFAIR Kryonaut performs better but is more expensive. Get one of them, you really cant go wrong.

Thermalright TFX is very good. 14.3W/m-K. TF8 would be runner up for me @ 13.8W/m-K, and finally the newest one from them that I tried is TF7 and it came free with my cooler, it matches Kryonaut @ 12.8.
