Pc turns on by it self?

Hey so im Done building my pc and everything works fine , but when i shut down my pc throu Windows , and k press shut down not reastart or sleep mode , after it turns and a few seconds pass it turns ok by it self ?

 

anyone know what can cause this?

 

edit: i can add that when i turn it of via the power switch it works, so just a normal shut through Windows dosent work

I had a similar problem with my PC once. The solution for me was disabling Wake On Lan in the BIOS.
