Help With ARC SoundBar

Ok so I bought a sound bar it's a Vizio the model is in the pic below (SB3241N). What I'm wanting to do is hook the sound bar through ARC coming out of my TV, the issue though is I only have 2 HDMI ports on the TV, and I have my Xbox One S and my PC that I hook up to the TV. My question is there a device that will combine 2 HDMI's down to one plug on the TV. Next question is there another device that will take my toslink coming out of the PC and the one coming out of my TV that goes into a single toslink port on the sound bar?? I will clarify anything if I wasn't clear and I can provide pics as well if you need them, thanks.

Oh and currently I have the toslink coming out of my TV that goes to the soundbar for sound. And because I have PC and Xbox hooked up through HDMI when I go to that input the sound goes through the HDMI's and then through the toslink into the sound bar that then gets played through the soundbar also.
