Need help building my first pc

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, Maybe content creation 

I’ve been trying to get a 3080 founders edition from Best Buy. Any tips would be helpful on how to get a gpu. I would like to get some advice on how to improve my build. I still can’t decide what cpu I should use. I would like a motherboard with a lot of storage options to upgrade ,and add more storage down the line. Rgb would be nice too. My build:

Right now you can't really do anything since GPU prices are way to high. So just wait until late 2021 or early 2022 for gpu prices to come back to normal

Honestly, I think this is a better build for you. It is more expensive because you didn't include storage.
