When streaming on discord does anyone have any lag on their mouse? it will go smooth along the screen then it will stutter a bit like the whole computer is lagging, but hulu doesn't lag at all. Anyone know of any troubleshooting I could try? 

 

 

PC specs

CPU-  i7-7820x 

mobo - x299 raider

ram - 64gb 3600mhz

gpu -  2080ti 

psu - 1000w evga
