You do known that you aren't going to get a 3070 for that price for a year or more right?

Also just get windows 10 from ebay. Cheap keys no need to waste so much money on that.

As for improvements pretty decent just the psu is kinda not ok here. Change it to something like this:

Also if you are getting this without a gpu get the regular 10400. The f variants do not have a igpu.

Make sure to get a 10400 (non-f). In fact, it might even be cheaper. Since you have a b560 board though, you might just want to get better integrated graphics and slightly better performance with the 11400

So should I just use the 10400 since it has ig until prices for the 3070 drop?

It's still just hd730 graphics on it which are a little better but nothing to really write home about.

In your case I would honestly just get a prebuilt pc. Then you will at least have a card that can game. As the state is right now do not expect a card within a year for a decent price.

I don’t really wanna get a pre built and I can wait for that long

Totally up to you. Do keep in mind that the hd 730 is basically good for 1080p low gaming till games up to around 2013-2014. Indie games it is also decent at depending on the graphical impact they have. Do also keep in mind that it is intel integrated graphics and their drivers aren't always compatible or make the igpu perform as expected with games.

I just need it to run basic games (Minecraft, osu, valorant) until I can get the GPU
