recommendations for new PC

Budget (including currency): $1800 - $2200

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Light to medium gaming as well as a workstation.

Other details: I'm thinking about building a new PC and gathered some possible parts, please tell me if you have and recommendations or suggestions. I understand that some of these parts are currently hard to get, but I am willing to wait it out until I can get one.

Thanks for getting revising my list, I agree with most of the changes except that I don't think I need such a powerful CPU.
