Two things, first, both case options that you have listed (NZXT H710 and H510) are terrible cases. Yes, they look good, but they are very poor airflow characteristics. I really don't recommend going with either of them.

Going X570 for the motherboard might be a waste of money unless you need a specific feature that only that chipset can provide. If not, you are much better off with a B550 board.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 - 3900x @ 4.4GHz with a Custom Loop | MBO: ASUS Crosshair VI Extreme | RAM: 4x4GB Apacer 2666MHz overclocked to 3933MHz with OCZ Reaper HPC Heatsinks | GPU: PowerColor Red Devil 6900XT | SSDs: Intel 660P 512GB SSD and Intel 660P 1TB SSD | HDD: 2x WD Black 6TB and Seagate Backup Plus 8TB External Drive | PSU: Corsair RM1000i | Case: Cooler Master C700P Black Edition | Build Log: here

The NZXT cases don't have the best airflow. A case with a mesh front would be better i.e Corsair 4000D/5000D Airflow, Phanteks P400A or Fractal Meshify C etc.

Avoid that board at all costs as the VRM is terrible. The B550 version on the other hand is very good.
