Calling iphone experts

I tossed Samsung and Android to the side and bought an iphone SE for $350.  I wanted a cheap phone that didn't have peasant internals and a long support road ahead.

 

Anyways I understand there is a dongle that allows you to connect to the phone where you then can connect it to a monitor, mouse, keyboard and charge at the same time.  I found a couple from Amazon but they seem to have terrible reviews.

 

Anyone have first hand experience with a dongle that works?  If so what do you use?
