Ram question

I am planning to buy at 16gb ram but i dont know how much mhz my motherboard support . My motherboard has only two ram slots the one with up to 3200 mhz and the other one up to 2667 should i buy a single 3200 mhz 16 gb ram or my motherboard can support TWO 8 gbs of 3200 mhz?

We need far more information then you are providing. Such as the Specs of your CPU and Motherboard w/ it's chipset.
