Is there any way to allocate part of the GPU to a KVM?

Yeah, you read the title. I want to use a KVM with macOS (Don't ask me about it) on top of Linux. I want to allocate part of my Video Card just so it doesn't struggle. I tried it without any passthrough and it worked "fine". Posting it here because it said "virtualization" among Nas and server stuff

Nope. There is no support for vGPU on MacOS AFAIK. Your only choice is to passthrough.
