Raid Controller Memory Error

So recently I got a pretty old server. It's a Dell Poweredge 2950 Gen II. I got it working fine, and I decided to shut it down just to look around inside. I ended up taking some things apart and putting it them back together, including the Raid controller (which is a Perc 6/i).

 

When I booted it up, it gave me this error:

Memory Error!!!

Please check the SDRAM connection.

If problems persist contact Tech Support.

Press Any Key to Continue.

I've tried re-seating the card multiple times, but nothing has worked. If I do end up continuing with the error, it boots up fine, just without any of my hard drives showing up. Did I somehow break the Raid controller? Any help is greatly appreciated!

The memory on the PERC6 is soldered to the card it seems. In that case, you're SOL I'd say. Time to replace the controller.
