g502 lightspeed and powerplay

Hi guys

I'm thinking about buying a g502 lightspeed and a powerplay.

Since you can connect your mouse via the powerplay, was I wondering if I could connect the usb-stick of the g502 to my laptop, while having the powerplay connected to my gaming PC.

Does anyone know an answer?
